Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Experienced Equipment Operators – Beauty & Cosmetics Distribution Are you a reliable, safety-conscious forklift operator ready to make your next move? We’re hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location: Chambersburg, PA Pay Rates by Shift: Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm - $19/hr Shift 2: Sunday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM – $21.00/hr Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am - $21.00/hr ** Overtime opportunities available! **Please note: When business needs increase, mandatory overtime will be required , with associates scheduled up to 6 days per week. What You’ll Do: Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Previous experience operating both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred) Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout 8–10 hour shifts Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse Willingness to work overtime as needed What You’ll Gain: Steady weekly paycheck and shift options that fit your lifestyle Fast-paced environment that keeps you moving Opportunity to grow your skills on the job Supportive team and onsite supervisors Get certified on multiple types of equipment This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a top-tier distribution center and build real warehouse experience.
