Job Description
PAINTER, HVLP gravity fed, role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bridgeton, NJ. This role is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and matching paints and coatings, and applying finishes using HVLP gravity-fed spray equipment to metal parts and tools. Day-to-day tasks include selecting appropriate materials, setting up and maintaining spray equipment, and ensuring consistent coverage and quality finishes. The painter will inspect completed work for defects, perform touch-ups as needed, and follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards in the paint area. Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards is an important aspect of the role.
Previous experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing finishing operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical training is a plus.
