Requirements:

Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and balance workload in a fast-paced environment. Team player with problem solving skills. Additional Skills Preferred Not Required: General knowledge of millwork industry, construction techniques, industry materials and hardware. Experience reading construction blueprints and doing material take-offs. Experience with purchasing. Experience with Quickbooks. Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes and KanBan Cards. Job Duties: Communicating with clients through company email. Working with Estimator, printing plans, assisting with take-offs and requesting material quotes. Processing contracts, insurance, pre-lien documentation, change orders and project specifications. Place orders for materials and maintain purchasing records. Set up and maintain job archive.

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Full Time: 40 hours per week
