Job Description

Arrive Realty | Chula Vista, CA Full-Time | In-Office Monday–Friday $22–$32/hour + Performance Bonus Opportunities

Arrive Realty is looking for an experienced

Residential Transaction Coordinator

to join our growing team and take ownership of the transaction process from contract to close. This is not a general administrative position. We're looking for someone with

at least 1 year of hands-on experience in residential transaction coordination, escrow, lending, or a closely related residential real estate transaction role. You should already understand the moving parts of a residential transaction and be comfortable managing deadlines, documentation, communication, and multiple parties. You will work closely with our agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, vendors, and internal operations team to keep transactions organized, on track, and moving toward a successful close.

What You'll Love About This Role

Join a growing, collaborative real estate team with established systems and processes

Take ownership of transactions from contract to close

Work alongside agents and an operations team that values accountability and follow-through

Use modern technology, transaction management systems, CRM tools, and AI to improve efficiency

Have a direct impact on agent productivity and the client experience

Opportunities for continued growth as Arrive Realty expands

Work in a team environment where people support each other and take pride in doing things well

Who You Are

You're the person who sees what needs to happen next and takes care of it. You don't wait until a deadline is approaching to realize something is missing. You proactively track timelines, follow up with the right people, identify potential issues, and communicate before a problem becomes a bigger problem. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple transactions at different stages simultaneously. You can communicate professionally with clients, agents, escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, and vendors. You know how to stay calm when a transaction gets complicated and can work through problems without losing sight of the bigger picture. Most importantly, you take ownership. When something is assigned to you, you don't consider it complete because you sent an email. You consider it complete when the outcome has been achieved. What Success Looks Like

Deadlines and contingency dates are proactively tracked

Required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Agents know what is happening with their transactions without having to chase for updates

Potential issues are identified and communicated early

Clients receive timely, professional communication

Problems are addressed before they become bigger problems

Agents trust you to own the details and keep the transaction moving

Compensation & Benefits
