Strong communication, discretion, and a polished demeanor are essential. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage check-ins (eWelcome) Issue/track badges and maintain reports Answer calls and route messages Handle mail, deliveries, and shipping (FedEx) Support meetings, events, and conference room bookings Maintain employee distribution lists Report facility issues and keep reception area presentable Requirements: High school diploma (Associate preferred) Prior receptionist/front desk experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and attitude Compliance: Must be a U.S. citizen or dual citizen eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS, U.S. Dept. of Treasury).
