Required Skills & Experience: Active Texas Compact RN License, 8 years of experience in the Clinical Nursing space, minimum 3 years of experience within Case Management, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience, knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices, with expertise in regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health. CCM Certification (or ability to obtain in the first 6-12 months of employment)
