Private Practice Rheumatology at a Thriving Interventional Pain Practice - Physician-Owned

An established physician-led interventional pain practice in Little Rock is seeking a Rheumatologist physician to join a high-volume outpatient team. With a strong referral base, dedicated support, and the freedom to build your own practice mix, this role offers flexibility, autonomy, and dedicated Rheumatology space.

Practice Overview

• You'll join an established interventional pain team with 5 full-time physicians, APP support, and a part-time spine surgeon
• High-volume procedural practice with in-office suites and an integrated ASC
• Dedicated Rheumatology space with 4 infusion chairs and built in referral networks
• Strong referral base from PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house primary care providers

Schedule/Space

• 4-day work week - outpatient only
• Outpatient-only model with no call responsibilities
• Dedicated Rheumatology space with 4 infusion chairs
  • 3 dedicated exam rooms
  • 2 dedicated MA's

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year contract with a guaranteed base and RVU production
• Escalating RVU model with higher earning potential as production increases
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, full benefits (paid for by the practice for your whole family), 401(k) match, PTO, CME, and malpractice coverage included

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
• Interest in building volume within an outpatient setting
• Team-oriented physician seeking autonomy with strong operational support
